What if I want to place a catering order or special order?

Please contact your local Ruby’s location directly to inquire about catering requests and special orders.

I ordered on a third-party site (Grubhub, Doordash, Uber Eats, Postmates) and there’s an issue with the order. Who do I contact?

How do I purchase a gift card?

Physical cards can be purchased at any participating Ruby’s location except for airport and casino locations. View your nearest Ruby’s location.

Can I order a Gift Card online and pick it up at the store?

Physical gift cards can only be purchased in-store. View your nearest Ruby’s location.

Do Gift Cards expire?

No, gift cards do not expire. Please visit our Gift Card Terms and Conditions for more information.

What can I purchase with my Ruby’s Gift Card?

You can purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.

How can I check my Gift Card Balance?

Can I reload my Ruby’s Gift Card?

At this time, gift card reloads are unavailable. We welcome you to purchase another physical gift card in-store.

Can I use my Ruby’s Gift Card when I order from third party delivery sites?

Our gift cards cannot be redeemed on third party delivery sites.

What happens if a guest wants to use cash or a Discover Card in-store?

Guests won’t automatically receive points when paying with cash or a Discover Card for instore purchases, but they can upload a picture of their receipt through the app to receive loyalty points. Note that Online Orders made with Discover Cards will automatically accrue points.

What if guests experience issues with the app?

If guests experience any issues with the app, redeeming rewards, or signing in, they can reach out to the Thanx support team via the app or email myrubysrewards@thanx.com

How do guests redeem rewards in-store?

Guest will need to have the App open in-store. Guests will have the option to click ‘apply reward’ when they check out. The guest will need to show the reward to their server and select redeem. Once the offer is marked redeemed in App, the server will have 60 minutes to apply the reward and close out the guest check. Once the App has been marked redeemed it cannot be used again.

Why can’t a guest register their card?

There are a couple of reasons why a guest wouldn’t be able to register a card: 1. Their card is already registered to another account. This often happens when a guest has multiple emails, signed up with a typo in their email, or shares their card with another person. The guest should write to the Thanx Support team so they can merge the guest’s accounts together. 2. Their card is unsupported. Guests cannot enroll Discover Card, Apple Card, American Express Pre-Paids, etc. If a guest pays with one of these cards, they must submit their receipt through the app to earn points for the purchase.

How many credit cards can be linked?

A guest can link as many as they want so they can receive automatic loyalty points when they use any of their cards in the restaurant.

Are guests’ credit cards safe when they’re linked for rewards?

Yes. Thanx does not store guests’ credit card information in its system.

How do guests join the My Ruby’s Rewards loyalty program?

Guests join by downloading the app and signing up or submitting a digital order.

Are marketplace rewards redeemable in-store and online?

Yes

How do guests redeem rewards online?

Guests will have the option to click ‘apply reward’ when they check out, and that reward will automatically take the item or discount off their total. Please note that for item-based rewards, guests will need to have a menu item for the reward in their shopping basket for the reward to be applied to their online order.

How do guests see how many points they have?

Guests can see their points in the app when they hit ‘REWARDS’ by tapping the three dashes in the top left corner of the app.

How does the My Ruby’s Rewards loyalty program work?

For every $1 a guest spends, they earn 10 points. Points unlock marketplace rewards, which can be redeemed when ordering through the app.

Are all Ruby’s Diner locations participating in the My Ruby’s Rewards loyalty program work?

Ruby’s Diner locations are all independently owned and operated and participation in My Ruby’s Rewards may vary by location. Please contact the location directly to determine if they are participating in the My Ruby’s Rewards program. Airport and Casino locations do not participate in the My Ruby’s Rewards program.

Will guests collect points if they place an order with a third party like Uber Eats or Doordash?

They will not. Third-party purchases do not accrue loyalty credit.

How do guests download the app?

You can search for My Ruby’s Rewards App in the Apple or Google Play Store

How do guests collect points in-store?

The app will automatically recognize the purchases made with the credit card(s) linked to the guest’s account and automatically add points to their app. If they don’t have a linked card, they can upload a photo of their receipt in the app.
